Charles J Robertson passed peacefully in his sleep on February 14, 2019 at the young age of 53. 

He was born August 24, 1965 in Pontiac, Michigan to Jerry and Pamela Robertson along with 2 brothers Mark & Adam.

Chuck graduated from Walled Lake Central High School in Michigan. After high school Chuck joined the United States Navy where he completed four years with the VFA 127 as a Parachute Rigger at Fallon Naval Air Station. In 1991 he met the love of his life Kathy.  It took no time for Chuck and Kathy to say their “I Do’s” and in May of 1993 they became one... 

Chuck grew up in Commerce Township Michigan where he loved to hang out with his Dog Patch Gang...He told many great stories of their adventures. He was a “die hard” Detroit Lions Fan. Chuck’s greatest joy came from coaching his daughter Sarah & all the girls in Flag football and girls softball. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, hanging out on the Oregon Coast and hunting. Chuck missed his home state of Michigan and all of his family and friends.

Chuck worked for Lumos & Associates as a surveyor until going to work for NV Energy as a Senior Draftsman.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Robertson and stepfather Larry Susalla and daughter- in- law, Melinda Hiibel. Chuck is survived by mother, Pamela Susalla of Michigan, wife, Kathy Rogne Robertson, daughter, Sarah Marie Robertson, bonus sons, Jason and Ryan (Rachel) Hiibel all of Fallon. brothers, Mark and Adam Robertson, Uncles, Rick and Art Greene, aunts,  Marji Drake ; Gloria Cutter; nephews, Jake and Tyler Robertson; Kyle Rester,  all of Michigan; mother- in- law, Betty Rogne of Fallon. Chuck had 2 very special bonus families that he dearly loved, The Seling Family of White Lake, Michigan and The Mello Family (Don, Sandy, Scott, Wendy and Tracy)  of Fallon NV.  Chuck was loved by many friends and family in Michigan and Nevada. 

A celebration of life will be held in Fallon, Nevada on Saturday,February 23 at 11:00 A.M. at The Gardens Funeral Home with a pot luck to follow.  The family wishes are to please donate to your favorite charity in memory of Chuck.
