Frank was born on July 31, 1931 and passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. After graduating from Torrance High School, he married the love of his life, Phyllis Galligan. While still in high school, Frank joined the Air Force Reserves. Services will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fallon, Nevada on November 16, 2019 at 11:00 am with a reception to follow.
