Leroy Stanley Marx

Leroy Stanley Marx, 57, of Fernley, Nevada, passed away peacefully at the Circle of Life Hospice Guest House on his favorite holiday: July 4, 2025, surrounded by tremendous love and compassion during his brief battle with cancer.

Born on December 3, 1967, in Los Angeles, Leroy is survived by his beloved wife, Ashley Duskin Marx; his children, Destiny, Andrew, Willow, and Clay; and his cherished and chosen parents, Bill and Lindy Rossman. He also leaves behind his beloved pets — Toby, Peanut, Hazel, and Pato — along with a wide circle of loyal and loving friends.

Leroy never met a stranger. Always ready to lend a hand — especially if it involved towing something — he was generous, dependable, and endlessly kind. A gifted craftsman, he was a talented home builder, metal fabricator, and classic car builder and painter. His work ethic was unmatched, and he took immense pride in providing for his family.

Leroy will be remembered as an extraordinary father, husband, and friend. His big heart, boundless energy, and wild sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to know him. His spirit lives on in the love he gave, the laughter he inspired, and the lives he touched.
