In Loving Memory of Nida Dawn Aguiar

Nida Dawn Aguiar, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2026, at the age of 98. She was born on July 26, 1927, in Wagner, South Dakota, and spent a life devoted to loving and caring for others.

Nida had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel welcome. She truly never met a stranger. Whether you knew her for years or had just met her, she greeted you with warmth, kindness, and a smile that made you feel at home. Her beautiful blue eyes reflected the gentle spirit she carried throughout her life.

Family was the center of Nida’s world. She was a devoted mother, a loving grandmother, and a proud great-grandmother whose greatest joy came from caring for those she loved. She had a servant’s heart, always putting others before herself and offering encouragement, comfort, and unconditional love. Her hugs were unforgettable—warm, comforting, and filled with the kind of love that made everything seem a little better.

Those who knew Nida will remember her gentle nature, her generous heart, and the quiet strength that carried her through life’s joys and challenges. She taught those around her the importance of kindness, compassion, and treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Nida leaves behind a family who will forever cherish her memory and carry her love in their hearts. Though her presence will be deeply missed, the lessons she taught, the love she shared, and the countless lives she touched will remain an enduring legacy.

She is survived by her children, Kiran Taylor ,Glenn Aguiar, and Kirk Garver along with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and many dear friends who were blessed to know her.

Our hearts are broken by her passing, but we find comfort in knowing that love like hers never truly leaves us. It lives on in every hug we give, every act of kindness we show, and every memory we hold dear. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
